Submissions should include the author’s name, university and department affiliation, contact information, title, and date of submission.

Each manuscript should include, on a separate page, an abstract of no more than 150 words.

Text should be double-spaced with ample (one-inch) margins. The CJHR requires papers to be formatted in compliance with the McGill Law Journal’s Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation (9th ed. 2018).

Articles should not exceed 15,000 words including footnotes.  Submissions of less than 10,000 words will not be considered. Please inquire before submitting to CJHR if your manuscript is outside these guidelines.
